Tenya VIP Membership – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and using the Tenya VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Period

* Valid until August 31, 2026, regardless of purchase date.
* Benefits apply only during this period.

2. Membership Fee & Purchase Options

* $99 AUD.
* Purchase online via our official website or in-store at Tenya Japanese Seafood & Bar.
* All sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Digital Membership

* Issued in digital format only.
* Present your digital membership on your device at the time of payment.

4. Member Benefits

* VIP buffet rate: $98 per person during the membership period.
* Covers the member + up to 3 guests (maximum 4 diners per visit).
* The member must be present to redeem benefits.

5. Birthday Reward

* One complimentary beer or sake on your birthday (valid only on the actual date).
* ID required. Non-transferable and not redeemable on other dates.

6. Priority Reservation Access

Priority booking for major events, including:
* Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
* New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
* Brisbane Riverfire Festival

7. Terms of Use

* Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
* Tenya may request ID to confirm membership identity.
* Benefits cannot be used for more than 4 diners per visit per membership.
* Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
* Tenya reserves the right to adjust or update benefits and terms with reasonable notice.
